WMU Notice of Non-Discrimination

Retaliation against any person or group who makes a good faith complaint or participates in a grievance, investigation or related processes is prohibited by law and policy.

The following 3 positions have been designated to handle inquiries regarding the non-discrimination policy and the sexual and gender-based misconduct policy:

  • Assistant Director Compliance
  • Associate Director and ADA Coordinator
  • Director Title IX Compliance/Title IX Coordinator
